Research Interests:

Currently I am leading the Cambridge Hub in Trials Methodology Research and working on issues in clinical trials. My main research interests are:

  • Using information between phases to help adapt study designs for Psychiatry and Oncology trials;
  • Multivariate modelling of nutrition trials both in dietary pattern analysis and combining information across fatty acid profiles;
  • Bayesian modelling of kinetic data;
  • Statistical programming using Stata;
  • Genetic analysis to help identify subgroups of responders;
  • Multiple imputation using hotdeck.
