My current research is focused on Bayesian evidence synthesis methods for estimating disease prevalence, incidence and transmission, using complex probabilistic models. This research was initially motivated by collaboration with the Health Protection Agency (HPA) on problems of interest in epidemiology and has developed in a number of directions.
