Computer intensive methods of statistical inference: resampling methods, Bayesian methods and their implementation.
Statistical inference in infectious diseases modelling; Bayesian approaches to evidence synthesis; criticism of complex probabilistic models; statistical modelling of longitudinal data from observational studies (particularly multi-stage models).
