My research interests lie in the application of computationally challenging Bayesian models as can be applied to public health and epidemiological data. My current ongoing projects involve:

Continuous time dynamic modelling of the recent outbreak of the H1N1 virus (swine flu).

Recreating age-specific incidence curves for the HIV epidemic and assessing the relative impact of changes to these curves and the rate at which people are diagnosed upon the total number of people who are diagnosed.

Modelling of HIV disease progression and accompanying therapeutic cost-effectiveness via multi-state models.
