Research Interests:

Development of stochastic epidemic models for infectious diseases and efficient Markov Chain Monte Carlo algorithms for missing data problems.

Particular interests in investigating spreads of epidemic diseases/organisms in open populations, with applications in wildlife as well as human
infectious disease (especially MRSA and VRE).

Currently, my research interests  are also involved in methodological development and data analysis in areas of meta-analysis, systematic reviews and
evidence synthesis.
