Bayesian Analysis, MCMC and WinBUGS

Bayesian Analysis, MCMC and WinBUGS

23rd - 24th May 2012:: Cambridge

Course Details

  • This course is intended to provide an introduction to Bayesian analysis and MCMC methods, and a fairly detailed tutorial on the use of WinBUGS.
  • The emphasis throughout will be on practical examples: software and code to carry out all the analyses will be provided (please see the Software download page). Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops for the practicals.
  • A preliminary programme is as follows:

Introduction to Bayesian analysis using WinBUGS
