Selecting option 9 of the CODA Plotting Defaults Menu prompts the user to enter the required exponent size for producing plot labels in scientific notation. The default is 6, which means that numbers 
or 
will appear in scientific notation (e.g. 1.e-6 or 1.e6 respectively) on all CODA plot labels.
