I am a third year PhD student working on the mathematical and statistical modelling of single-cell data, as well as on Bayesian integrative clustering for multi-omics data. I am particularly interested in MCMC and SMC methods to sample from large, particularly discrete, sample spaces, and in Bayesian nonparametric methods.
My project is supervised by Lorenz Wernisch and John Reid. We have developed novel Bayesian methods and MCMC sampling strategies for the pseudotemporal ordering and model-based clustering of single-cell data.
