We are very pleased to announce the 16th Armitage Lecture and Workshop.
The theme this year is statistical omics, and we are delighted that Professor Barbara Engelhardt, Associate Professor from Princeton University, will be our 16th Armitage speaker.
The title of Professor Engelhardt’s Armitage lecture is:
“Statistical methods for experimental design to gain greater biological insights about gene transcription”
- Date: Thursday 15th November, 10.30am – 5.30pm
- Venue: Sainsbury Laboratory, Cambridge University, Bateman Street, Cambridge, CB2 1LR (how to find)
The workshop will also include talks from Dr John Marioni (EMBL-EBI, Cambridge), Dr Florian Markowetz (Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute), Dr Chris Wallace (MRC Biostatistics Unit) and Dr Gwenaël Leday (MRC Biostatistics Unit)
