Congratulations to Pavel Mozgunov who has successfully been promoted to the role of MRC Investigator (Programme Leader Track).

Pavel joined the Unit in 2020 as an NIHR Advanced Research Fellow working on the development and implementation of (response-) adaptive designs in clinical trials. In his new role, Pavel will be working on bridging the gap between the theory of advanced clinical trial designs and practice. Specifically, Pavel and his team will develop innovative adaptive designs for treatment individualisation and will develop a framework for fairer and more comprehensive evaluation of adaptive designs via simulations.

This is fantastic news for the BSU and Pavel is delighted to be taking on this new role, saying:
