Camilla Lingjærde PhD student at the BSU since 2019. I have a background in mathematics and statistics, with a master's degree in biostatistics from the University of Oslo. My main fields of interest include biostatistics with applications to cancer research, genomics and -omics, network models, high-dimensional inference and analysis of high-throughput microarray and sequencing gene expression experiments. Supervised by Sylvia Richardson, my current work is focused on network modelling of -omics data and the subsequent network analysis for the purpose of biomarker identification.
