I am a 3rd year PhD student, supervised by Dr Oscar Rueda and Dr Shamith Samarajiwa. I am interested in applying machine learning techniques to biological data. Previously, I have worked on classification of cancer types and renal tumour subtypes using XGBoost models and neural networks. I am currently working on trying to uncover biological pathways in the immune system in both normal and disease states using graph data and graph machine learning.
