I am a Research Associate with Jennifer Asimit, working on visualising and analysing GWAS-related outputs from innovative fine-mapping methods based on multiple traits and diverse population studies. Prior to my work at the MRC Biostatistcis Unit, I was a special lecturer in quantitative research methods and data analytics (including machine learning and data visualisation) at the Bayes Business School, City, University of London. In the past ten years, I also had a few post-doc positions and have been involved in several research projects with the NHS Resolution (formerly the NHS Litigation Authority), the UK Government Actuary’s Department, the Bank of England and the Oxford University Future of Humanity Institute, in relation to analyse real-world big datasets, develop multi-agent computational models and build large-scale dynamic interactive visualisation tools. I obtained a PhD from the Bayes Business School that focuses on quantitative methods and computational statistics, as well as a MSc in Software Engineering (Systems Security) from the Oxford University Department of Computer Science and MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
