WBDiff

WBDiff allows the user to specify complex functions in WinBUGS via arbitrary systems of ordinary differential equations.

WBDiff is no longer maintained, but still made available here.

Instructions:

1. Save the file (wbdiff_patch.zip) to any location on your computer.
2. Extract the file wbdiff_patch.txt, and open this from within WinBUGS 1.4.
3. Follow the instructions at the top of the file to install the WBDiff patch.
4. After installation, documentation for the WBDiff interface can be found in: Program Files/WinBUGS14/WBDiff/Examples/WBDiff_example.pdf.
