MRC Biostatistics Unit

Summary

I am a NIHR Pre-Doctoral Fellow (Research Assistant) working with Dr Paul Kirk in the Biostatistical Machine Learning theme. My research focuses on clustering high-dimensional data in molecular medicine, with the aim of identifying disease subtypes. I am developing multi-view clustering methods specifically for high-dimensional, multi-omics, and longitudinal data to uncover co-regulated molecular mechanisms.

Prior to my current role, I completed my MPhil in Population Health Sciences here at Cambridge, specialising in Health Data Science. My dissertation, also supervised by Dr Paul Kirk, laid the foundations for my current research. ORCiD | LinkedIn
