Summary

I am a Research Associate working with Oscar Rueda to develop advanced multi-state survival models to predict breast cancer progression, integrating high-dimensional omics and clinical data to build dynamic prognostic tools. Previously, I worked with Chris Wallace at the Department of Medicine (CITIID) on outcome-guided biclustering for gene expression. I hold a PhD in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh, where I worked with Kostas Zygalakis and Marcelo Pereyra on accelerating MCMC algorithms for high-dimensional imaging inverse problems.
