Summary
I am an MRC Investigator (Programme Leader) in the Biostatistical Machine Learning theme at the MRC Biostatistics Unit. Having previously made contributions to the field of statistical systems biology, my current research profile is at the intersection of precision medicine and statistical functional genomics. I am currently developing statistical and machine learning methods for the identification of clinically actionable disease subtypes.
