Summary
I am a Research Associate working on inference using genetic associations from GWAS summary statistics.
The current focus of my work is on developing methodology for Mendelian randomization analysis with a high-dimensional set of genetic instruments; tackling issues of variant selection and weak identification of unconfounded effects.
I completed my PhD in econometrics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Cambridge. The work concerned robust estimation and inference in models described by moment restrictions, with particular focus on dealing with missing data.
