Summary
I am a Research Associate working in the Biomedical Machine Learning group in collaboration with Dr Paul Kirk. My research focuses on inferring mixture models under the Bayesian paradigm (federated learning, dealing with multimodal likelihood,…) and modelling mixtures of complex distributions (different types of variables, survival data,…).
Prior to joining the BSU, I completed a PhD in Biostatistics at the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sureté Nucléaire (Fontenay-aux-Roses, France) and Université Paris-Saclay.
