Summary
I am a Research Associate at the MRC Biostatistics Unit since January 2024. I work with Dr Helene Ruffieux on modelling high-dimensional multivariate longitudinal data via functional principal component analysis and mixture models. I am developing a Bayesian variational algorithm for inference.
I was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where I worked on statistical methods to borrow information in basket trials.
I completed my PhD from Paris Cite University, working on Bayesian joint modelling of multilevel longitudinal data and survival in oncology.
