Summary
I am a Research Associate collaborating with Dr Sofía Villar, Dr Nina Deliu and Dr Mark Toshner on the development of a statistical analysis plan and implementation of a novel study design for the StratosPHere study.
Prior to my current role, I was pursuing my PhD in Mathematics at the University of Manchester under the guidance of Prof Thomas House, Dr Mark Muldoon and Dr Mark Lunt. My work was on modelling of longitudinal digital health data to understand underlying phenotypes using mathematical and statistical tools. I primarily focussed on investigating the relationship between self-reported mood and pain and built a multinomial-Dirichlet distribution based framework to analyse such data.
