Summary
I am a Research Associate working with John Whittaker and Stephen Burgess since October 2023. I work on developing statistical methodologies to identify causal pathway with multiple exposures and outcomes.
I completed an MSc in Statistics from ETH Zurich and PhD in Genetics from Cambridge University under the supervision of Aylwyn Scally, having previously worked on developing sampling-based EM algorithm in fine-mapping and colocalisation analysis, causal inference with de novo mutations using whole genome sequencing and GRN inference with deep graph neural networks using scRNA-seq for gastrulation process in development.
