Summary
I am a Research Associate working with Dr Jennifer Asimit. My current research goal is to develop a collection of statistical methods and software for environment-adjusted genetic association analyses to better understand health. Before joining the MRC Biostatistics unit, I completed my PhD in statistics from University of Melbourne and worked as a research assistant in at Agricultural Genomics Institute in China, where my research area involved variable selection in large-scaled genomics data, imputation for missing data, multiple phenotypes association analysis and genetic variants by environment interactions association studies.
